24PetShelter is the modern cloud platform that replaces the legacy PetPoint and Chameleon shelter management systems inside the Pet Loyalty Inc. / PetPlace Holdings / Independence Pet Holdings family of properties. Mobile-first, designed for staff and volunteers in the field, with end-to-end workflow from intake through adoption checkout, animal lifecycle and behavior tracking, built-in reporting, and 24Petwatch microchip integration. The pricing model is itself part of the architecture: $5 per adoption with the microchip included, no subscription or licensing — which requires careful per-tenant performance billing built into the data layer.
My role here was Chief Customer Officer and Board Member at Pet Loyalty Inc. during the post-Adopets-acquisition period. I helped lead the integration and product strategy work as the legacy PetPoint and Chameleon footprints were modernized into the cloud platform that became 24PetShelter, and as the broader Pet Loyalty product family was knitted together with PetPlace, 24Petwatch, and the rescue-side software. This is not founder credit — it is advisory leadership during the integration cycle.
